This page gives an indication of prices for several types of work. You will be given a full written quotation based on your requirements and these prices are to be taken only as a guideline.

Chimney sweeping of stove connected to flue £70 inc VAT.

This includes thorough sweeping with use of rotary power sweeping equipment and clean out of stove.

Fireplace Design and Re-build.

Remove existing fireplace and open up to the original recess.
Line recess with non-combustible board, brick slips or tiles.
Install granite or slate hearth.
Fit oak or non-combustible beam (+ easy-fix bracket) above opening.
Installation of stove and all flue materials, including flue liner, closure plate, chimney pot and heavy duty rain cowl with bird guard.
CO alarm, Commissioning & Certification.

Stove Installation to Existing Fireplace.

Installation of stove.
Supply and fit all flue materials, including flue liner, closure plate, chimney pot and heavy duty rain cowl with bird guard.

Stove & Internal Flue System.

Installation of stove.
Supply of granite or slate hearth.
Supply and fit all flue materials, including insulated sectional flue (powder coated black on visible sections), support and safety accessories.
Boxing in to plasterboard finish within upper rooms and mesh protection in lofts.
Roof flashing, storm collar and rain cowl with bird guard.
CO alarm, Commissioning & Certification.
